Mahogany-coloured, with a clear and well-saturated texture, and with a tight and tenacious brown foam, this beer knows how to be appreciated. The smell is fresh, aromatic, with a malty content. A slight sweetness emerges, and a fruity aroma of caramel and yeast can be felt. The taste is balanced and sweet, not very bitter, but with lamb's lettuce and body. It is a good strong brown beer.
